Erika Pacheco was born and raised in central North Carolina and moved to Wilmington in 2006 to attend UNC Wilmington where she earned her BA in Spanish and Criminal Justice. Shortly after graduating she began working in the legal field and quickly gained experience with criminal law and law office management. She decided to continue her education in Paralegal studies at Cape Fear Community College and graduated with her Associates degree in 2015. In 2017 Erika passed the state exam and became a North Carolina Certified Paralegal and has enjoyed working with Plaintiff’s personal injury claims for the past 6 years.
Erika loves to travel and will accept any excuse to take a mini-road trip. She enjoys attending live sporting events with her husband, family, and friends. When Erika isn’t traveling or cheering on her team, she is perfectly content to cuddle up with her dog and read a good book.
