Tosha Campbell is a magna cum laude graduate from North Carolina State University, with a B.A. in Leadership in the Public Sector. Her career focus has been within Human Resources for the past 10 years and holds a Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification. Tosha has experience in both the private sector and local government in Raleigh and Wilmington.

Tosha was raised in Denver, Colorado and has resided in North Carolina since 1998. She is a proud mother to three grown sons. Recreation includes reading, riding motorcycles, and traveling.
