Mason is one of our Associate Attorneys in the Personal Injury Department here at Speaks Law Firm. He has handled a wide variety of legal matters across multiple areas of law but now dedicates his practice to representing clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. Mason was influenced by his upbringing in a North Carolina law firm where his father served as a lead paralegal for over two decades representing clients in the personal injury and worker’s compensation fields and seeing firsthand the importance of zealous advocacy for individuals injured by no fault of their own.
Mason earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and holds dual Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees in Economics and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
Mason is dedicated to adapting to the needs of each client, providing compassionate and effective communication and tailored representation. Mason is committed to listening to his clients and providing reasoned guidance with the goal of helping every client understand their legal rights and obtain the compensation they deserve in their pursuit of justice and recovery. Outside the office, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle Brisson Jennings and their beloved rescue dog, Maisy. Mason is an avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, surfing, kayaking, being involved in local sports leagues, spending weekends with friends and family on the water, and cheering on his favorite college and professional sports teams- Go Heels!
